Stir fry so that the oil temperature reaches 110-120 degrees, and its moisture content is about 1-1.5%, then it can enter the oil press for pressing.
Process of crushing rapeseed oil:
1. Hot pressing: cleaning the rapeseed - frying the seeds - pressing - filtering - finished rapeseed oil;

But add 2-3% water when frying the seeds, and fry to 110-120 degrees, you can press out of the pot. When hot pressing, the following methods can be used to judge whether the rapeseed is fried. Use two wooden boards to rub the rapeseed. If the shell and kernel are separated, it is suitable for the kernel to be dark yellow. If the kernel is powdered, it is too dry. If the shell and kernel are not separated, it is too wet.
2. Cold pressing: rapeseed - cleaning - pressing - filtering - finished rapeseed oil;
Operation instructions: Clean the rapeseed and remove impurities during cold pressing, so there is no need to use a frying pan for frying. The moisture content of rapeseed during cold pressing will directly affect the oil production efficiency, so it is very important to judge the dryness and wetness of the oil. Generally, the moisture content of rapeseed is controlled at 5-8% before pressing. Use the soil method to judge the moisture content of rapeseed. You can squeeze the rapeseed with your fingernail. If the powder is packed, the water content is too low and too dry. If it is flat, the water content is too high and too wet.
Problems that are easy to occur in the pressing process: the oil content in rapeseed is as high as 33-40%. Generally, there will be no abnormal phenomenon when operating according to the instruction manual during hot pressing. If the body temperature of the rapeseed oil press is not good, there will also be phenomena such as slag running, oil return, or unsmooth feeding. At this time, you can refer to the cold pressing of peanut kernels for treatment.
