At that time, the domestic oil press market in China was blank, and all the technology and experience had to be started from scratch. The oil press plant has been a leader from the very beginning, opening up a market that cannot be underestimated. Being a pioneer in the market is not easy, and it can even be said that the competition is very cruel.

When the oil is pressed by the domestic oil press, the precision of the pressing parts of the oil is very high. The 12-channel screw press chamber independently developed by Minjian has an oil yield that is more than double that of the traditional oil press. The oil press factory also uses the self-made oil pressing screw to continuously explore the process, which ensures that the appearance, performance (drawing force) and size meet the requirements while reducing the equipment cost. It is estimated that in the case of mass production of 2K per day, about 10 sets of laser welding machines are required. The same welding machine in Germany costs about 100,000 US dollars a piece, and the 10 sets of laser welding equipment total about 7 million yuan. And we only used the cost of less than 2 million yuan to make products of the same quality, which saved the company nearly 5 million in cost and prepared for mass production in the future.
As the first manufacturer of household oil presses in China, Minjian Oil Press Dongguan factory has flourished in the past ten years. At present, the factory has completed a total of three phases of industrial upgrading, from a small workshop to a modern assembly line production base, with a total investment of over 10 million and over 50 new employees.
